Why remote recruitment and working will increase

In 2020 a pandemic swept the world, disrupting the way of life that most of the world took for granted. Many businesses were shut down for months whilst others had to significantly adapt how they undertook their day-to-day activities.

The recent pandemic has shown business leaders that when required, employees can work from home and keep the business running.

If this can be implemented on an ongoing basis the days of expensive city office locations are numbered.
